  Very easy to work with. Sold some sterling flatware that was handed down to me and in storage for 20+ years. They sent me an offer based on the value which I accepted, and had a check in the mail within 10 days of their receipt of the flatware. Highly recommend them.

  The sales rep is letting thousands of dollars slip through the owner's fingers. To make a very long story short, I tried to buy a large set of Tiffany silver flatware. He sent me a spreadsheet. I called him with questions. He said the pieces "may be gone," and he would have to check. I got no call back. I then asked questions by email, and got no response. I waited for weeks. Here's the kicker: the pieces he said he didn't have, I bought from him through eCrate (after he said he didn't have them). I spent twice as much with a competitor for other pieces. I called today in curiosity. He said the "owner isn't really reachable", and therefore he never knows what the inventory is. In this last discussion, he sounded a bit, um, impaired. Who does this on a sale as large as a luxury car?
